Kenilworth Electrical Refund/Cancellation Policy

Kenilworth Electrical reserves the right to refuse/cancel an order.

If Kenilworth Electrical refuses a new order, customers will be offered a refund.

Cancellation by customer

cancellations received within 1 day of order may be eligible to receive a full refund less service fee.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

All items and products received by customers must be cancelled/returned to Kenilworth Electrical.

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or order number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

These above policies apply to all Kenilworth Electrical orders unless otherwise noted. Please read all individual information thoroughly.

Cancellation by Kenilworth Electrical

Kenilworth Electrical reserves the right to cancel an order due to low stock or other circumstances which would make the order non-viable.

If Kenilworth Electrical  cancels an order, customers  will be offered a full refund.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an order, Kenilworth Electrical  has the right to either issue a full refund or postpone order to a future date.

Kenilworth Electrical  Goods and Product Refund/Return Policy

All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from Kenilworth Electrical require prior authorization.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; Returns must be authorized by the Kenilworth Electrical  within 30 days of the invoice date.

Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any Kenilworth Electrical  product that is deemed defective.

Products provided/sold by Kenilworth Electrical are subject to the return policy.
